I had such an amazing day with Sarah and Mitch and we captured some serious gorgeousness down in Brown County State Park. The Abe Martin Lodge really was a perfect location for these two. I can’t believe all of the great details and personal touches in this wedding; Sarah really wowed me with all of her ideas and the amazing use of color!

Favorite part of your wedding day?
I think my favorite part of our wedding day was the hour Mitch and I had scheduled to take photos just the two of us. We got to talk and kiss as much as we wanted. We were both so filled with love, it was great to take a moment to ourselves.
Honeymoon – Where did you go? What did you love? Tell us about it!
No honeymoon, we’re saving up for a trip to Europe in a couple years!
Advice for future brides and grooms?
Elope! haha. Weddings are stressful to plan, but once I got dressed and ready everything happened so fast. It was a wonderful day, but it’s not everything. I didn’t remember the flowers or the decorations once the day was over, I just remembered Mitch and my family & friends, and all of the love. Stay focused on the marriage, not the wedding day.
Any words to family and friends viewing your photos?
Thank you to everyone that could be there and everyone that could not be there, but sent sweet notes and messages. We felt so overwhelmingly loved and cared for. We can’t wait to share our lives with each other and all of you. We love you! Special thanks to my mom for all of the wedding planning. She is a rock star. =)
