Jess and Angel tied the knot on Valentine’s Day in the beautiful, newly renovated Wyndham Indianapolis West Hotel. I was amazed at the Wyndham because it’s such a gorgeous venue and I hadn’t heard of it. Apparently with their renovation they’re targeting more weddings so it’s a great venue to look into if you’re looking. The getting ready suites were amazing!
Jess and Angel and I met up in the fall for their engagement photos and I was so excited to shoot their wedding because they are such a sweet couple AND hello, a Valentine’s Day that falls on a Saturday? Perfect. Jess’s dress was gorgeous and I loved the hotel cart we were able to use to photograph it. Probably one of my favorite dress shots ever! I loved that Benji the dog was able to join in on the pre-wedding festivities as well. 😉 The reception was beautifully decorated with their flowers and fun Valentine’s theme details and cupcake decorating. Their cake was the perfect mix of fun and classic and Happy Times Entertainment enhanced the atmosphere with some great music. A beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple! 🙂

Q&A with the B&G
Favorite part of your wedding day?
Jess: My favorite part was watching all of my friends and family dance and have a great time. They all looked so happy and had some awesome dance moves! It was a beautiful day and everything worked out perfectly!
Angel: My favorite part was when Jess sang to me. It was a pretty awesome surprise and I have actually never heard her sing. She also looked so beautiful.
Honeymoon – Where did you go? What did you love? Tell us about it!
We went to our favorite place: Chicago! We ate, drank and played around the city. We also spent some time with our family and friends that live there. It was an incredible week and thanks to some family, we were lucky enough to get to stay at a really nice hotel downtown. It was so much fun!
Advice for future brides and grooms?
Enjoy every moment, even the stressful ones. Trust that the people that you hired will do their job and everything will turn out the way you wanted. If it doesn’t, roll with it! The day goes by fast but every minute is great!
Any words to family and friends viewing your photos?
Thank you SO much for everything you did to help with our wedding! Without you we wouldn’t have been able to pull off the wedding of our dreams!
Congratulations Jess and Angel, I wish you both a lifetime of happiness!
