Favorite part of your wedding day?

Bride: The moment those doors opened at the end of the aisle, with Here Comes The Bride playing on the organ. My dad was standing next to me and I quickly caught sight of all my friends and family. Then I saw David, standing at the alter, crying and it was like tunnel vision. I just lost it.

Groom: When John said “I know pronounce you man and wife”

Honeymoon – Where did you go? What did you love? Tell us about it!
With school starting a week later, we decided to postpone the honeymoon until next summer. However, Amanda’s parents felt that just wasn’t right and got us a couple nights at The Nestle Inn off Mass Ave.

Bride: I loved how close it was! No long trip to get to the relaxing part. And they brought us a surprise breakfast in bed the next morning. It was perfect. We’re planning on going back every year.

Groom: I loved the relaxing factor of the honeymoon. No where to be with my beautiful wife to be there with.

Advice for future brides and grooms?
Bride: Seating charts are the devil’s work. Seriously, no joke. We opted for no seating chart and I swear, our stress level was reduced 10-fold. Some guests didn’t show up, some brought an “added bonus”. We didn’t have to worry about constantly revising a seating chart – whoever showed up, showed up. It helped having food trucks, too. Do whatever you need to lower your stress. This is meant to be happy!

Groom: Use a timeline written by the bride. It makes the day run so smoothly.
Any words to family and friends viewing your photos?
Everyone was wonderful! Thank you for helping make the day so special. It brought us such joy to have so many loved ones surrounding us as we start this journey. To our bridal party and families: We seriously could not have pulled this day off without the hours of work you put in, from making paper flowers (and bunting and pinwheels and everything else), to bouquets, to set up and tear down. We cannot begin to adequately express our love and gratitude!
