Lindsay & Allen: Purgatory Golf Course Noblesville Indiana Wedding

This wedding was a blast! Lindsay and Allen had two engagement shoots, a super fun snow shoot at Potter’s Bridge and then a gorgeous session out at Fort Ben State Park. I knew this wedding would be so beautiful because Lindsay was so dedicated to the details. Everything was perfect and so awesomely coordinated! We ran into a little wind that day so the ceremony was moved indoors but no one missed a beat and everything went smoothly. Congratulations to these two, wishing you a big happy life!

Q&A from the B&G

Favorite part of your wedding day?

“I don’t just have one favorite part of our wedding day. I loved walking down the aisle to Allen. I loved seeing his expression and smile when I met him under the alter. I loved writing our own vows. It just felt more personal and meaningful to us to share our own thoughts about one another. The fact that I had my brother marry us was very special to Allen and I. We are honored he agreed to be a huge impact on our wedding day. The love, laughter, drinks, dancing, and well wishes from our friends and family was the best. Allen and I are both very family/friend oriented so we thoroughly enjoyed celebrating with each and every one of them!”

Honeymoon – Where did you go? What did you love? Tell us about it!
“We spent our honeymoon in Riviera Maya, Mexico. We stayed at the Excellence Riviera Cancun. This was an adults only, all inclusive resort. The resort was beautiful. We had 10 or so bars with 8 restaurants to choose from. Our favorite bar was the swim up bar, of course. We met some pretty amazing people during our stay, since a lot of couples were honeymooning or on their anniversary. We didn’t have to worry about children or teenagers running around, which was very nice. We were greeted with champagne, flower petals, and a welcome letter from the resort. It was very romantic and accommodating. It’s always nice spending time with just Allen and I!”

Advice for future brides and grooms?
“My advice for future brides and grooms is to hire a wedding coordinator. I wish we would of had one the whole wedding process. The day of was a little hectic for my mom and small things were forgotten. However, I would not change my wedding day for anything. I have no regrets and it was beautiful. Do not stress and remember, you cannot make everyone happy. Focus on yourself and doing what makes you and your future spouse happy.”

Any words to family and friends viewing your photos?
“Words to my family and friends: We love you all more than anything. We are so happy you all were able to celebrate our special day with us. We were overwhelmed by the well wishes, kind words, and gifts. We are so lucky and blessed to have you in our lives forever. Memories were made 10-4-2014 and I loved every minute of it.”
