Emily & Greg: Indianapolis Wedding Photographer

I cannot begin to tell you how much I adore this couple. We first met through their engagement session that was a surprise gift from Emily’s sister, Ashley, at Eagle Creek Park and I could tell immediately their wedding would be special. Their “Love” theme was perfect with the gorgeous Indianapolis Museum of Art venue. You can see through the images how much they love each other and how incredibly relaxed and perfectly in sync they are together. Planned beautifully, someone must be an incredible graphic designer, because she had the cutest timeline I’ve ever seen. I’m so excited to share these images and am so thankful to Emily and Greg for allowing me to be a part of their very special day. I hope you enjoy viewing them as much as I enjoyed capturing them.

Q&A from the B&G!

Favorite part of your wedding day?
“It is very difficult to choose one part of the day as my favorite. Everything about that day seemed so perfect. If I had to pick just one, it would probably be the moment when Greg came and took my hand to walk me the rest of the way down the aisle. The look on his face as he offered me his hand made me feel that I would always have that hand to hold from that day forward. It reminded me of all the reasons we are so perfect for one another and how we will always be there to support each other through life’s journey.”

Honeymoon – Where did you go? What did you love? Tell us about it!
“We went to the Big Island of Hawaii!!! It was the perfect honeymoon for so many reasons, but I really loved the resort Greg chose. It was quiet, beautiful, and full of sea life and ocean views! We felt like the only two people in the world!”

Advice for future brides and grooms?
“My advice for future brides and grooms is to relax. The day is so important, but at the same time, it is just a few hours of your life! Try to enjoy every minute, and remember that your love for one another and the commitment you are making outweighs everything else! It is easy to get bogged down by details and family dramas, but try to enjoy one another on your wedding day. I would suggest carving out some time to be alone because everyone wants a minute with you on your wedding day! Try to remember that while you are hosting all these guests, you also are getting married! It’s a balancing act!”

Any words to family and friends viewing your photos?
“Greg and I had the best time on our wedding day! We felt everything was perfect, and that is because our friends and family were there with their love, support and well wishes. We hope everyone knows how grateful that we were surrounded by the people who mean the most to us. We hope our wedding day gave you memories to cherish as they did for us!”
