Nick & Brandy: Indianapolis Wedding Photographer

Let me start off by saying this is by far the longest post I’ve done to date on this blog…so I hope you have a few minutes. : )
Otherwise, you may want to use the menu bar to navigate to your intended location.

Nick and Brandy are old friends and I feel so incredibly honored to have been chosen as their wedding photographer. We had a wonderful time and everything was so well planned. It was the perfect day. We started off at The Hyatt which was an awesome place to get ready and then headed out for photos downtown prior to the ceremony and reception at The Marott. Everything went off without a hitch and was so relaxed and fun – exactly what a wedding should be!

My favorite quote from Brandy was “I’ve never felt so elegant in my entire life” and honestly, she looked it. So gorgeous, so classy. So grateful to be a part of it and call these guys my friends. Complete storybook day and I’m so happy they’re finally married. Congratulations you two, I wish you so much happiness! 🙂

Q&A with Nick and Brandy is at the bottom!

Q&A from the B&G!

Favorite part of your wedding day?
“I had many favorites throughout the entire wedding day, so it’s difficult to choose just one, but I would say one of my top favorites was when Nick and I were finished with our vows and we were officially married. We were also very excited to see all of our family and friends that were there to support us. Such an amazing feeling all day!”

“One of Nick’s favorite moments was when he greeted me on the War Memorial for our first site picture and saw me in my dress. The look on his face was priceless and beautiful.”

Honeymoon – Where did you go? What did you love? Tell us about it!
“We went to the Excellent resort in Playa Mujeres, Cancun, Mexico. The resort was all-inclusive which is definitely the way to go, specifically for a honeymoon. The resort was beautiful, had wonderful food, and beautiful rooms and pools. It was amazing because there were so many other honeymooners that were married on the same day as Nick and I and it was fun knowing that there were other couples that shared the same joy and love that we did on our big day.”

“We really enjoyed the scenery as well as relaxing in the pools. The dinners in the evening were fun because we would try something different every night.”

“We are looking forward to our anniversary trip already :-D”

Advice for future brides and grooms?
Coming from a former O.C.D. bride such as myself, the advice I would give today is to stay organized and on top of your planning, but try to relax and take time for yourself as well. Don’t forget, the wedding is simply an avenue to join you with your fiancé and the reality comes when you’re actually married and learning to maintain a long and lasting marriage for life.

Any words to family and friends viewing your photos?
“Enjoy the pictures, thank you for being a part of our big day! Be sure to order some of the wonderful memories for yourself!”

Congratulations, Nick & Brandy! Thank you for being awesome.
